Im going to give them a 5 star review because my experience with them doesnt reflect them as a company. Although I went in looking for a new dentist since myn had retired. One of the ladies I talked to at the front desk was passive aggressive and kind of rude when talking to me although regardless I took it as maybe she is just having a bad day. Although from the get go when I first walked in she looked at me like I was homeless and seemed shocked I would have a job and insurance. I just thought that was pretty offensive. It could still be that she was just having a bad day which is why I gave a 5 star because I dont want to hurt the company. Although I do think it was unprofessional which is why Im commenting about it. In the end I ended up not making an appointment not because I have humana insurance and they dont take it because I could just change insurance if thats the issue but because I didnt want anymore experiences like that. I still wished them a good day on my way out. I dont wish for her to get introuble just to make sure she doesnt treat others this way.
